The Challenge

Vétoquinol, an international veterinary pharmaceutical company of French origin, was not present on Amazon despite strong demand for its products.

The launch had to be carried out within an extremely rigorous framework, with high compliance and drug safety monitoring requirements comparable to Health Canada and FDA standards.

With around 50 SKUs and a complex regulatory environment, every step had to be validated and executed with precision. Speed of execution was also a key challenge in order to quickly capture existing demand.

The Objectives

The objective was to launch the brand effectively on Amazon and achieve rapid growth, with a clear target of $2.5 million within two years.

It was also a matter of building a compliant, stable and scalable presence capable of supporting new customer acquisition while adhering to the industry’s regulatory requirements.
