What happens if we decide to end our partnership with ProMerit?

You retain full ownership of your brand and assets. With our Scalable Account Management, we transfer all your content free of charge and facilitate the transition. Our model is based on freedom and trust: to date, 95% of our partner companies have chosen to stay with ProMerit.

My products are already selling on Amazon. Can I still work with ProMerit?

Yes. ProMerit supports brands already active on Amazon in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. In the majority of cases, our involvement helps to increase sales and profitability, thanks to in-depth strategic analysis and the optimization of operations, marketing and logistics.

Do you offer exclusivity within a product category?

In principle, yes. If exclusivity is not possible, the situation will be discussed with you in full transparency before the collaboration begins.

Is ProMerit an Amazon agency or an Amazon partner?

ProMerit acts as a strategic partner. Depending on the model chosen, Scalable Account Management or Strategic Partnership we are directly involved in performance, key decisions and, in some cases, financial risk.

What are the costs of your Amazon services in Canada, the U.S. and Europe?

With Scalable Account Management: ProMerit offers a pricing structure tailored to your needs.

With the Strategic Partnership: there are no fixed fees. ProMerit buys your products at a fair price and shares the results with you.

Can I change my Amazon service model during the partnership?

Yes. Our solutions are flexible and can evolve in line with your brand’s growth and objectives.

How can I track the performance of my sales and products on Amazon?

ProMerit provides real-time reporting on your sales, visibility and key metrics directly on Amazon. You receive accurate, actionable data to monitor the profitability and effectiveness of every decision.

Who covers the advertising costs on Amazon?

With Scalable Account Management: you are responsible for advertising expenditure.

With Strategic Partnership: ProMerit invests directly in promoting your products to maximize visibility and sales on Amazon Canada, the U.S. and Europe.

Who creates the content for my products (images, text, videos)?

With Scalable Account Management: you provide the content, with the option to commission ProMerit.

With Strategic Partnership: ProMerit produces all content in line with your brand guidelines, at its own expense, to ensure consistency and performance on Amazon.

Do you optimize existing product listings to boost conversion rates?

Yes. ProMerit optimizes and enhances titles, descriptions, images and the structure of listings to improve visibility, conversion rates and performance on Amazon and associated marketplaces.

Do you protect recommended retail prices on Amazon and marketplaces?

Yes. The recommended retail prices set by our partner companies are always adhered to, without exception, in order to maintain balance with physical retail networks and prevent the cannibalization of sales channels.

Do you monitor unauthorized sellers and brand abuse?

Yes. ProMerit carries out continuous monitoring on Amazon to identify unauthorized sellers, content misappropriation and any practices likely to damage your brand’s image and credibility.

Do you respond quickly to any Amazon compliance or content issues?

Yes. Our automated systems monitor accounts twice a day (24 hours a day) to detect any anomalies. If a problem arises, an alert is sent directly to a member of our in-house team, who responds promptly using our established processes and our experience with Amazon’s support channels, in accordance with the platform’s policies.

How are product returns managed on Amazon?

With Flexible Account Management: returns are processed according to your instructions, whether that means returning them to your warehouse, temporary storage or disposal.

With Strategic Partnership: you have no returns to manage. However, exceptional circumstances, such as a manufacturing defect, may require intervention.

Do you ensure logistics compliance with Amazon’s requirements?

Yes. ProMerit ensures strict compliance with Amazon’s requirements regarding packaging, labelling, warehousing, FBA preparation and deadlines, in order to avoid penalties, stock rejections and sales interruptions.

Do you handle international tax obligations and duties?

With Scalable Account Management: your company remains responsible for tax compliance and the collection of duties in each market.

With Strategic Partnership: you benefit from ProMerit’s tax structure. We manage the collection and compliance of duties for sales made in Canada, the United States and Europe.

Do you work exclusively with Amazon or also with other sales platforms?

Amazon is ProMerit’s core area of expertise, with operations in Canada, the United States and Europe. We also support brands on Walmart and act as an agent or distributor for Costco in Canada and the United States.

Do you tailor your strategy to each marketplace and market?

Yes. Each marketplace has its own rules, algorithms, content formats and performance drivers. ProMerit adjusts marketing, operational and logistics strategies according to the platform and the target market.

Is it possible to sell on multiple marketplaces at the same time?

Yes. ProMerit supports brands in implementing a structured, consistent and profitable multi-channel approach, ensuring that pricing, brand image and operations are aligned across all marketplaces.
