The Challenge
SamaN was present on Amazon via a vendor model in Canada and the United States. Despite well-established brand recognition, performance remained limited, and profitability was virtually non-existent.
The brand faced several challenges: complex logistics, long payment terms, order cancellations, low margins, and a lack of control over pricing and inventory.
At the same time, significant growth potential remained untapped, largely due to an incomplete product catalogue and suboptimal positioning.
The Objectives
SamaN wanted to maximize its profitability, increase sales and simplify the management of its operations on Amazon.
The aim was also to regain control over the marketing of its products while ensuring an optimal customer experience, despite the complexity of the catalogue and the specific nature of the products.


The ProMerit Approach
ProMerit has implemented a hybrid strategy combining the seller and vendor models to optimize both commercial performance and operational control.
The approach focused on taking full charge of marketing, logistics and customer service, enabling consistent management of the catalogue, pricing and stock levels. Extensive work was carried out on the deployment and optimization of product listings, category positioning and advertising strategy, in order to increase visibility and conversion rates.
The transition from Vendor Central to Seller Central was completed without any stock shortages or impact on sales, enabling peak performance to be achieved while significantly improving profitability and operational control.
At the same time, operations were simplified and structured to ensure constant product availability and reduce the friction associated with the vendor model.
